This is the CLCCR structure

The members of CLCCR elect from amongst their members the President, Vice-President and Secretary General at the plenary meeting.

The President of CLCCR is elected for a period of four years. President and Vice-President must be representatives from member companies of the national associations.

The CLCCR representative acts as secretary of the Technical Committee and support the work of CLCCR members in working groups of UNECE (Geneva) and working groups of the European Commission (Brussels). The CLCCR representative gives advice to members of CLCCR on currently debated subjects in Geneva and Brussels.

Secretary General of CLCCR
Head of Transportation Policy Division at the German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA)

Responsible for the  German body-, trailer- and bus manufaturers which are members of the VDA. Member of the Technical Committee of CLCCR and member of the board of directors of CLCCR. He is involved in several European working groups regarding the CO2-regulation for heavy duty vehicles including VECTO as well as regulation 96/53/EC (masses and dimensions).
